The busiest message board I have seen yet! This board has many various age groups with a higher number leaning toward younger men. Since Linda has joined on as a Mod. there is more female interest with women joining and posting in the Fitness and Figure sections.
This board really believes in excellent diet and training on the safer side with much discussion on supplements to help sort out information (this subject being big with the younger males).
